Our heart’s intimate cry: These feet are your feet, Good Shepherd…  ‘I am the Good Shepherd: the Good Shepherd giveth His life for the sheep.’ (John 10:11) ‘I am the Good Shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.’ (John 10:14-15)  We are not perfect, and never will be, but our Good Shepherd is, and He lovingly covers us in His Sacrificial Blood, which is the only way we are righteous (right standing before God). Deep within us, actively experiencing the Mystery of the Gospel~Christ within us, our heart’s intimately cry out, “My Jesus, these feet, of your living temple, only step forward because you have stepped forward. These feet, of your living temple, only stand still because you are standing still. If these feet, of your living temple, ever miss a step, or wrongly move, the Holy Spirit will maintain His security of me, and instruct me on how not to do that again. These feet will only go where my Good Shepherd leads me, because according to John 14, verse 6, ‘Jesus saith unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.’ Your way is the only way these feet can travel!” Praise Jesus.
