Our heart’s intimate cry: These ears are your ears, Yahweh Tsuri, My Rock…  ‘For who is God save the Lord? or who is a rock save our God? It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect.’ (Psalm 18:31-32)  Hopelessness, deceit, uncertainty, and doubts are all around us and if we allow our ears to pick up the messages continuously floating by, we will begin to live more “in the world,” and by the pattern of the world, than in Jesus. We live in the physical world of facts, which has a tendency to lock you in, and rob you of the true freedom Jesus is intently trying to establish deep within you. Truth is greater than “facts,” but who can instruct you into truth? Well, no one, but the Lord and you can experience this unique life you have, so who better to instruct you? Psalm 32:8 says, ‘I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.’ So may our spiritual ears be more sensitive than our physical ears, because deep within us, actively experiencing the Mystery of the Gospel~Christ within us, our hearts intimately cry out, “My Jesus, these ears, of your living temple, may they hear you above the noise of this world. Every day, cleanse these ears, of your living temple, and teach them your voice, Holy Spirit, because they trust only in what you tell them, and what you correct. Because 1 John 2:27, states ‘…the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, it is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him.’  And according to John 14, verse 6, ‘Jesus saith unto him, I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.’ Your way is the only way these ears will truly know the difference between a lie and truth.” Thereby, may we firmly, and boldly say, “‘He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defence, I shall not be greatly moved’ (Psalm 62:2), because His voice is louder than the world’s, and He loves us that much to let it be so!”
