Sudden physical and mental frustrations, including those King Jesus has already shepherded us through and cleansed us from, will sometimes reappear. Through self-control and self-discipline we reassure our minds that we have already been set free from what we are experiencing as our hearts release an understanding that there is another purpose to why we are experiencing these things again. With King Jesus clearly ruling over our emotions and feelings, we patiently wait for Him to reveal what He plans to instruct us in, no matter how long it takes. And even in the case of new issues, we have learned to apply this same type of discipline and self-control. The Holy Spirit has taught us through past experiences that by remaining calmly rooted in His peace, we are able to objectively and calmly see, hear, and know things through the Divine eyes of His victory, the Divine ears of His hope, and the Divine heart of His power. Sometimes it doesn’t take long, and sometimes it does, but the moment it happens we swiftly recognize Abba’s private touch. Drawing us in closer to Himself, He releases a profound sense of wellness, wholeness, and clear understanding over the particular issues we are going through, or dealing with. And sometimes, it may not even be a clear understanding over the issues, but instead a clear understanding that God is greater than all things and it will always be well, despite how it may appear in the flesh. Then there are those particular times where a knowledge so profound that it is almost unimaginable miraculously coats us and all at once, there are now new, unforeseen depths to our deepening relationship with Abba. He is uniquely teaching us another side to His intimate patience with us and the importance He has placed on repetition, emphasizing and revealing a whole new level to His actively thriving, richly flowing love. Our eyes are intimately viewing a new level of our Creator, the Great I Am, causing our confidence in Him to strengthen beyond any rational comprehension. ‘And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called, them He also justified: and whom He justified, them He also glorified.’ (Romans 8:28-30) ‘The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power,’ (Ephesians 1:18-19) ‘For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man; that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.’ (Ephesians 3:14-19)
