What truly matters? Well, stripped down bare it becomes all about Him, and our intimately private relationship with Him. Things, times, circumstances, and situations, as we physically know them, will always change, but our Abba, the Great I Am, the Creator of All things, is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent, and doesn’t. Nor does our King Shepherd, ‘Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.’ (Hebrews 13:8) Abba’s love is so vitally enriching that He will use all at His disposal to keep us within His will, and His will is what our King Shepherd keeps us actively attuned to as the Holy Spirit intimately safeguards us in it. A moment by moment, actively living by actively recognizing His presence. But it often takes a limited timetable, strictly limiting situations, limited resources, and even limited support in order to fine-tune our inner eyes and ears to truly see His limitless ways, as only the Holy Spirit can privately show us. As you may remember, while our relationship with Him began to deepen to levels we could only wonder at, we were actively aware of Him ensuring that our full reliance was first embedded, and deeply rooted only in Him, and not in our circumstances, situations, nor even in our own abilities. On His Beloved threshing floor, we actively learned to trust in His faithfulness, which then allowed us to actively live in Him, while at the same time, fully experience His joy and even His peace. And most times, this was the complete opposite of what we were enduring, and going through in the flesh. The Holy Spirit even showed us how those same limitations also served a profound purpose in reminding us, teaching us, and even changing our minds into truly understanding that the very root of our joy, and even our happiness, is based solely on Him. During this same time, we were also sometimes called to make a choice: and His joy over our happiness won out every time. However, the Great I Am is all about completeness and wholeness, and we are being built back up in Him as fortified towers of unity, so now? Well, our happiness is a beaming, nourishing reflection of His residing joy deep within us. It is, was, and always will be all about Him. Each moment at-Hand (His Hand) is victorious and certain, despite what happens in the flesh because we are secure in Him. ‘But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.’ (Philippians 4:19-20) He is our Sole Provider of all things and we have miraculously changed into being able to embrace His limitless thinking, as He needs us to, because we are now able to recognize, understand and handle the authority He has gifted us by doing our part and not allowing anything to rob His joy and peace from us. Praise King Jesus, our King Shepherd actively leads us which ignites our own protectiveness over Him, within!
