Boldly living=Bold requests…May you desire and ask to only see as far as Jesus. May you desire and ask to only hear what Jesus says to you. May you desire and ask to only step as far as Jesus instructs you to. Jesus does have to be before you and you do have to be able to see Him in order for you to truly follow Him, for He, alone, is the only Light that can dispel the darkness and light your path. It is a radical, and bold choice that you actively make on a daily basis. Are you choosing Jesus, the only Light? Or are other things becoming more important to you, the darkness? Physically try it at home when your house is dark, turn on a light behind you in a room, stand at the threshold and look to the darkness; then turn back and look into the lighted room. Which way would you prefer to live? May you actively chose to always dwell in the Light so that you can truly live before you become too used to the darkness and merely survive. I hope you have a wonderful Shabbat, spending precious time alone with Jesus and reading your Bible with Him so that you are using your precious Light to see His truth. “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” (John 8:12) Shabbat Shalom!
