I am no longer spiritually blind: the breath moves through my lungs, because you direct it to. My heart beats, because you direct it to. My legs can only lead me forward, because you direct them to. My ears continuously strain to hear more from you, and my eyes see the victory and beauty, because they choose to only see you, my Jesus, my Savior, my Deliverer. I am now truly alive, and it is a life fully sacrificed, fully yielded, and fully yours. When my breath no longer moves through my lungs, nor my heart beats, nor my legs no longer carry me, my ears will fully hear you, and my eyes will fully see the victory and beauty, because they will fully see you, my Jesus, my Savior, my Deliverer. I will be more fully alive, because I will be fully in your presence. An eternal connection to the Great I Am, experienced both, in this limited world, and for an eternity… fully loved, fully nourished, and fully protected.
