Self-disciplining and controlling your mind on a daily basis allows the Holy Spirit to further sanctify it, and then during the stronger, more overwhelming experiences, your self-discipline is exercised and as you obediently respond by looking only to Jesus and keeping Him first in your life, He is then able to bring it even deeper under His authority. An always progressive journey as you continuously live moment by moment in Jesus, becoming more aware of Him than anything else, and allowing Him to release unto you another beautiful treasure of the Riches of His Glory: a peaceful sanctified mind under His intimate authority regardless of what your flesh battles.
