It no longer matters what you used to do, how you used to be, or how you used to act. Not even if it was just yesterday. The right choice in this specific moment will heal past moments of wrong choices. There is no room for self-condemnation when you are face to face with your Savior. Self-condemnation clogs your spiritual vision from correctly seeing Jesus, and clogs your hearing from correctly hearing the Holy Spirit’s instructions, who will instruct and deal with all things in the moment at hand. A depth of our Abba’s love is clearly seen by His perfect design, by His saving grace and forgiving strength, which secures us in the moment at hand. The greatest depth of forgiveness is revealed when we intimately realize that He has openly promised to never leave us, nor forsake us. So may each moment remind us that we are to forsake that which is wrong, focus on Jesus and begin to actively dwell in that which is right as we welcome His authority into the moment at hand. Deuteronomy 31:6~ ‘Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.’
