With our focus on Jesus we often move throughout the day “forgetting” how we struggle, “forgetting” all of the various pains we may deal with, or “forgetting” the various needs we need met in order to prolong the life and upkeep of this living temple of Abba’s, or even “forgetting” how it may be a type of lifestyle that would, in the flesh, promote depression and look like hope really doesn’t reign. But we intimately know differently. He does reign! It is a miraculous existence and a life that we experience everyday because yes, it is overwhelming if we would ever wrongly dwell on it, and not on Him. His active presence within us heals each and every moment as we continue to actively live more aware of Him than anything else. However, there are some times where we are led to be more aware of those struggles, and in the past those may have been times where we became hard on ourselves because we thought we were “slipping” or even “forgetting” but we have learned those times are very important for the Holy Spirit to healthily balance us. It may even be to help strengthen our relationship with someone else by giving us an opportunity to confide in them, or even to deeply cleanse another portion of our minds so that we can intimately experience how He shelters us every moment of every day, they remind us of His healing, miraculous and profound existence within us. Yes, there are a multitude of reasons why this happens, and only the Holy Spirit can privately instruct each of us through it; however, there is one amazing and very real reason why this awareness of our struggles happen. And that is because it is an opportunity for us to understand our limits, and at the same time have Him prepare us to confidently receive His unlimited provisions, no matter how “unconventional,” no matter how “profound,” no matter how uniquely shocking or “impractical,” or impossible or “too big of a dream” we deem it to be! Remember, our Jesus reigns within these living temples of Abba and only our Husbandman can uniquely lead us through the upkeep of them. As He reminds us, ‘For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth-, so are My ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.’ (Isaiah 55:8-9)   Praise King Jesus, He actively reigns within us! All glory and honor unto our loving Abba, our Jehovah-jireh, God does provide! ‘But my God shall supply all your need according to His Riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.’ (Philippians 4:19-20)
