You can be a Christian, a believer in Jesus, and still block Him from your life, which then can become personal strongholds if you do not self-discipline yourself and freely choose to become more aware of Jesus so that He may reveal them, deal with them, and teach you through setting you free so that you may learn from it. Yes, you can blindly live, thinking that all is well as you exuberantly worship Him every Sunday, then difficult issues strike, and a painful “wake-up” call slams against you and you become more aware of the doubts, and unbelief that have “snuck” in through those personal blocks and strongholds that had been unknowingly set up. However, even then Jesus loves us so much that He will be with us through it all, strengthening us and healing us, for He has promised to never leave us, nor forsake us. However, how much more will you miraculously, and boldly experience if you are more aware of Him than anything else, and have freely chosen to put Him first in all things, placing your relationship with Him first and foremost in your life? Jesus wants to be your Lord, and with that He wants to be Lord of your complete life, in all things, all ways, and all aspects. Sharing your life with Him is a continuous relationship, moment by moment living, and you actively acknowledge His presence; a life where you are experiencing “praying without ceasing.” Too often, we go forward and leave Him walking behind us, or we go forward while we hold his hand and keep Him off to the side of us. He is our Shepherd, we are to follow Him, and it doesn’t happen automatically, it is a free-will decision we make daily, which then becomes our way of life because when we do that the Holy Spirit is able to become an active part of us, securing us to our Savior even more and becoming so vital in our life that He becomes the very breath we breathe while we dwell in this continuous spiritual battle on earth. He will then be able to fortify our relationship with our Abba, allowing us to deeply experience that God is greater than all things and He loves us more than anyone else ever could. Praise Jesus…
